Terms of Service

1. The service

AI Agents Vault ("we", "us") provides ready-made AI voice agents that answer business phone calls, book appointments, qualify leads, and handle customer questions, available at aiagentsvault.tech. By using the site or subscribing to an agent, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscriptions, trial & billing

• Agents are sold as monthly subscriptions with individual pricing shown on each agent's page. The bundled AI Digital Dealer system starts at $999/month plus a one-time setup fee ($999, all tiers, depending on tier), with additional modules priced $40–$220/month each.
• New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost.
• Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no setup fees or cancellation fees.

3. Your responsibilities & acceptable use

• Provide accurate business information (menus, hours, policies, etc.) so your agent gives callers correct answers, and keep it up to date.
• Comply with laws that apply to your use of the service, including call recording, consent, and telemarketing laws in your jurisdiction, and inform callers as required.
• Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive, or harmful purposes, including spam, robocalls, impersonation intended to defraud, or harassment.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the underlying platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. AI limitations

Our agents use artificial intelligence. They are designed to be accurate and helpful, but like any AI system they can occasionally mishear, misunderstand, or give an imperfect answer. The service is not a substitute for professional (legal, medical, or financial) advice, and you remain responsible for your business's communications and decisions.

5. Availability

We aim for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on third-party providers (telephony, AI models, hosting), and occasional downtime or degraded performance may occur.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the service, including agent configurations, prompts, and the website. You retain all rights to your business information and your call data.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Agents Vault will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including SMS messaging practices.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
